RETURN POLICY
All merchandise is thoroughly inspected before being shipped to the customer. Orders will be shipped within 5 business days from the time the order is placed.
You will have 14 days upon the date of receiving your items to return unworn, unwashed merchandise with the original tags attached to receive a full refund. You must include a completed return form with the product.
Once your items are returned to us and have been inspected for wear or use, the funds will be returned in the original form of payment within three to five business days. Please keep in mind that it may take a few days for your financial institution to process the funds. You will be notified via email of the return.
If returned items do show signs of wear or damage they will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
Shoes may be returned within 14 days of receiving them as long as they have not been worn or damaged. Upon receiving them, they will be inspected for use or damage. If shoes are in original condition, a refund will be issued within three to five business days in the original form of payment.
All sale items are final sale and no exceptions will be made.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any lost return packages and highly recommend you use a trackable shipping method.
EXCHANGES
If you want to exchange an item, you will need to return it using the above return policy and then purchase the new item.
Because we want to offer unique merchandise to you, we do not keep large quantities in stock; therefore, we recommend that you make your new purchase to ensure the item you want will be available. Then follow the above return policy for the item you want to exchange.
